Wirral & District Amateur Radio Club

Formed 30 years ago in January 1978, we provide a meeting place for those interested in all aspects of the world-wide hobby of  Amateur Radio and Short Wave listening within reach of Wirral.

Our HQ is located at Irby Cricket Club where we meet at 8pm on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month.  An excellent, central location with spacious parking.  As a visitor, you will be most welcome at any of our Club meetings.

Places for our 'Christmas Night Out' are fast reaching maximum .. it is only 2 weeks on Friday ! so if you wish to come along and join in the fun, please contact Gordon G8MMM ASAP !! (Details on the 'Club Members' page).  On Wednesday our D&W is at the Chimneys, Hooton .. always a popular venue .. see you there just after 9pm !!
